The hotel location is great. It is near both the U- and S-bahn stations, providing easy access around. My bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was attentive, i observed them being smiley.
I noticed there are no drawers in the room, unusual.

i found the beds very comfortable. the location is also really good, about a 7-minute walk from the friedrichstrasse station (perfect for getting around!). it was also a comfortable walk into nearby commercial areas. the overall value was definitely worth it. clean towels looked daily, which i was thrilled about.
the room was a bit small, however, it didn't really bother me.

The hotel has a basic setup. everything is functional and well-kept. i noticed there is contemporary art displayed near the entrance, housed in a cool original bunker, a very unique touch.

the hotel boasts fantastic connectivity to u- and s-bahns. i found the hotel close to the lively friedrich straße area with pavement restaurants that have a lovely vibe. it is also a short walk from the local train station.

broken air conditioningunpleasant sewage smell
the room felt stuffy since the air conditioning unit wasn't working. there was a notice indicating it was broken therefore i couldn't use it at all . also the hallway had a strange smell similar to sewage and this permeated the room making it unpleasant at times

I found the staff very accommodating and always willing to help! The hotel room was simple and functional. It had all I needed, including A/C, super helpful when the temperature was high. The location is also great, within walking distance of many key places.
The room felt quite cramped. It also got pretty warm at night. The towels felt dusty, even when new ones were brought to the room!

Breakfast was fresh and had gluten-free and lactose-free options! I liked the young lady server at breakfast. She was polite and friendly. The breakfast area was also clean and well-organized, which I appreciated.

Our room was super clean and orderly. I liked how the wifi worked perfectly fine! The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. Each room had all the necessary amenities available.
